Nicholas Celozzi graduated with a BA from Marquette University from the college of communications and is fluent in French He is an award winning Action Producer/Director/Writer who has contributed to over 30 studio/independent feature film and television projects. Celozzi is the recipient of the prestigious David Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Entertainment Industry, The Southern California Motion Picture Council Award and the Silver Scroll Award from the Academy of Science Fiction.

Celozzi produced ''Kick Boxer: Vengeance", which was released in 2016. Directed by John Stockwell (Blue Crush) and starring Jean Claude Van Dame and Dave Bautisa (Guardians of the Galaxy). The sequel ''Kick Boxer: Retribution" opened Januaiy 2018 to critical acclaimed of which Celozzi served as Executive Producer "Retribution" starred Jean Claude Van Dame and Mike Tyson Celozzi went on to write and produce ''Shattered" based on a true story which starred Ennny Wrnrer Ray W1se. ''Shattered" was distributed by VMI and released by Ciredigm winter of 2017. 
In 2021 Celozzi, wrote and directed the screenplay, ''The Class". 'Ire film stars Anthony Michael Hall, Debbie Gibson, Charles Gillespie, and Lyric Ross. "The Class" is considered the new contemporary "Breakfast Chm". ''The Class" will be distributed by The Exchange. Celozzi wrote and produced the award winning featured length documentary ''Momo, The Sam Giancana Story", released theatrically in 2014 then airing world-wide. The film won the Grand Jury Award for Best Documentary at the BelAir Film Festival, the Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival and the Monaco/Monti Carlo Film Festival His prior documentaries include: "Champions Forever'', which sold over a million DVD's 
(Mohammed Ali, Joe Frazier, lan Holmes, Ken Norton, George Forman) and ''Fishing Trawler Craftsman".
 
In 2012, Celozzi Co-Produced and cast the Weinstein/ Left Right Production/VH1 "Mob Wives- Chicago." Celozzi's other producing credits include the Sony/Fox hit ''Bottoms Up" (Paris Hilton) and ''Hidden Obsession" (MCA/Universal). He also wrote and Produced the 3D franchise trilogy "Wings of the Dragon" and ''Lost Island" (USA Cable Netwmk). Celozzi Executive Produced ''Dumb Luck'' (David Proval-Soprano's, Jeff Conway-Taxi) and then produced "Abelar: Tales of an Ancient Empire" (3D sequel to "The Sword and the Sorcerer-Tales of the Ancient Empire") directed by Albert Pyun, premiered at the Canres Film Festival. He Executive Produced ''The Barry Milken Story" for Insonmia Film Group and co-produced "A Fine Step/Fandango" (Luke Perry, Annand Assante). Celozzi's "Fallen Away" was nominated for Best Film at the New York Film Festival and his other commercial successful films of which he executive produced include: "Anchor Bay's 7-10 Split" (Tara Reid), "Senior Skip Day" (Norm McDonald, Lea Thompson), "A to 'ZJ' and "ConMan" of which Celozzi co-executive produced. 

He Produced and starred in USA Cable's hit comedy "Campus Hustle" as well as wrote and stared in acclaimed ''Quite Kill" (Ron Perlman , Corbin Bemsen, Claudia Christian, Dick Van Patten). Celozzi also appeared in The A-Team, Magnum P.l , Hunter, Walker Texas Ranger, and Abduction and he played Viper, a reaming character on NBC's Days of our Lives. Celozzi served as Head of the Film Department for the Advanced Acting Division at Act One Studios and Conservatory for three years and his film acting credits include: ''The Closer'' (Danny Aiello), ''Pretty Smart" (Partricia Arquette ), ''SlaughterHouse Rock, Marked for Death and Terror Squad".

Celozzi starred, produced and scripted the acclaimed Life Time Movie Channel's World Premiere of "The Lost Angel" (Allison Eastwood, Judd Nelson, C. Thomas Howell). His live performances at the Hollywood Tiffany Theatre and the Oddessy Theatre include Producing and starring in productions of "American Buffalo and Best Man Wins".

Celozzi's Directing credits include The Class; the HBO feature film Dark and Deadly with Tom Reilly-Chips and Kim Patton-X-Files and ''Checkmate (aka Deep Cover)" starring kickboxing champion Cynthia Rothrock, Stephan Nichols, Patrick Wayne. In 2005 at Warner Bros, Celozzi worked for the Wolper Organization, created, sold and wrote a 6 hour limited mini series for1NT titled ''MOMO, The Sam Giancana Story" which is based on a true story.
 
''The Legitimate Wise Guy" written by Celozzi is slated for 2022 production The film is based on a true story and will be directed by Celozzi. The script tells the true story of one of the original most notorious enforcers that came out of the Chicago outfit It centers on the relationship between Spilotro and a young man he mentored. The film will star Harvey Keitel. Celozzi also created and wrote ''2 DAYS/1963" the true story depicting the Kennedy ass assassination as told by Giancam's brotrer, being produced by Le Monde Productions and Monaco Productions. ''2 DAYS/1963" is being repped by sales agency, The Exchange. Celozzi co-wrote and is also developing the film version of tre best selling New Ymk Times book "Secrets of a Small Town". Celozzi's scripted and is developing "6IX'' a heart pounding psychological thriller, to be produced by Monaco Films, distributed by The Exchange, and set for production for 2022. 

Celozzi and Monaco Films are developing the screenplay, "The Second Coming." written by Celozzi which deals with The Book of Revelation.
